Chris currently serves as the Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at BBDO, where he collaborates closely with Nancy Reyes and a dedicated team that he holds dear to his heart. Prior to his role at BBDO, Chris held the position of North America President and Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy for two years. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives that elevated the agency's relevance and impact. Notable achievements include bringing Workday to the Super Bowl with the award-winning campaign "Rockstars," securing the Verizon account, and creating the acclaimed Super Bowl campaign "Can't Be Broken," featuring Beyoncé. In 2024, Chris crafted the highly praised Super Bowl campaign "Michael CeraVe" for CeraVe, which garnered significant attention in the social and influencer space. Before his time at Ogilvy, Chris served as the Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY for four years, where he and Nancy played instrumental roles in revitalizing the agency with disruptive campaigns such as adidas' "Billie Jean King Your Shoes," Columbia Journalism Review's "The Fake News Stand," and MTN Dew's "Major Millions," the most-watched Super Bowl ad to date. With eight years as Executive Creative Director at BBDO NY alongside his partner Dan Lucey, Chris has contributed to iconic and effective campaigns such as the Foot Locker "APPROVED" series, Guinness' "Wheelchair Basketball," and the Twix "Pick a Side" campaign. Throughout his career, Chris has earned numerous accolades for creativity and effectiveness, including recognition in ADWEEK's Best Creatives, ADWEEK 100, Business Insider's Most Creative People in Advertising, and AdAge 40 Under 40. Throughout her illustrious career, Nancy has cultivated expertise in collaborating with numerous companies to develop their brands, forge meaningful connections with consumers, and drive toward a purposeful and profitable future. Nancy's extensive experience encompasses a diverse array of industries, including technology, healthcare, consumer goods, automotive, travel, and financial services. She has partnered with renowned companies such as IBM, HP, Adobe, Google, Meta, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, and Abbott, among others, to deliver impactful marketing solutions. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the marketing industry, Nancy has dedicated herself to advancing these principles throughout her career. In 2018, she founded the Circle of Women program, which offers executive coaching to women on the brink of leadership roles, fostering a pipeline of future female leaders. Notably, over half of the program's participants are women of color. Nancy is also a founding member of Times UP and has been instrumental in establishing a summer internship program aimed at providing opportunities for aspiring young people of color in the advertising industry, including students from Prep for Prep. Andrew Robertson has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BBDO Worldwide since June 2004. It has been named Network of the Year at Cannes five times and the world's most awarded agency network according to The Gunn Report for eleven years in a row. Since 2005, BBDO has been honoured as Global Agency of the Year in Ad Age, Adweek (three times) and Campaign (five times). BBDO Worldwide was also recognized as the Most Effective Network in the world by the Global Effies in 2011, 2014, and 2015. Andrew first came to BBDO in the UK in 1995, joining Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO where he subsequently served as Chief Executive. In 2001, he moved to BBDO North America to serve as President and CEO. He began his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather, London as a Media Planner. He switched to Account Management and was appointed to the Board of Ogilvy & Mather in 1986. In 1989, he joined J. Walter Thompson and in November 1990, was appointed Chief Executive of WCRS. Andrew has a degree in Economics from City of London University. He currently serves on the Boards of Autism Speaks and Hope Funds for Cancer Research. He is a past Chairman of The Advertising Council.
